"Authentic Mongolian Souvenir Factory"

Today we bought a stroller, went to a local park and bought many, many souvenirs at the "Authentic Mongolian Souvenir Factory" (I like that name). Many of the pictures are from that shopping excursion. Danny was thrilled to find a copy of an earthquake detector first invented in China - see picture. Another thrill was Ruth's first experience changing a smelly diaper in the back of a moving van. (She had started to do it while the van was parked and thought the driver would wait but he didn't. Sometime we'll elaborate on wild driving in China.)

On a sad note, the laptop died so we may not be posting as much. This post is via the hotel business center.

By the way, Naomi was laughing at the crazy antics of her older brother who was jumping and making his little sleep tent bounce up and down.

I'd like to see what a "fake" Mongolian souvenir factory would look like. Are you *sure* the souvenirs are authentic? They don't say "Made In China", do they? - oh wait...that would make them authentic, wouldn't it? So I suppose a fake Mongolian souvenir factory would be located in Ohio and the souvenirs would be stamped "Made with pride in the good ol' U.S. of A." :) :) :)

I too like the name of the factory.. Don't forget to look for a beautiful Mongolian Fur hat for Naomi to wear in the future when she is a beautiful young lady. (Ruth you could wear it for her till she grows up!) We LOVE our fur hats, as you know...
