Is anyone surprised to hear that Danny is liked everywhere in China? I'm convinced we receive nicer treatment because of him. Waitresses, clerks, guides, folks in the elevator and others are equally charmed by him. People on the Great Wall wanted photos of him. He was given a free little papercut picture in the Cloisonne Factory, and the guides and salesclerks were very helpful to us there. They all wanted to talk to Danny. And we are glad that there are several other children in our group who are only a year or two older than Danny. He has been making friends with them too.

Have you heard mom talk about traveling in Australia/New Zealand with a cute three-year-old? If not, then you should ask her when you get back.
