Yesterday was our final tourist day in Beijing. Here are a couple pictures of the Forbidden city where the emporer lived and common people were not permitted. The main tourist portion of Forbidden City is a series of huge dusty cobblestone squares that served various official functions in ancient times. Seperating these are colorful buildings with incredible detail.

Can't wait to see pics in Inner Mongolia...
Are you able to check your regular e-mail where ever you go, as well as doing the blogging??
Roov you are the best blogger ever! I bet you'll want to keep blogging when you get home. :-) Praying for your big moment with Naomi...or did it already happen? Maybe you're holding her in your arms at this very moment?! The time zones have got me all goofed up.
Love, Auntie M
Great to see these color pics of the forbidden city. my dad was there when he was about Danny's age when it was still closed to outsiders, those pics were all black and white. We continue to be with you in thought and prayer I am sure that the wonders you have seen in the past few days will pale compared to holding Naomi tomorrow.
